We offer personal assisted travel to those with any mobility issues. Volunteer drivers provide a bookable door-to-door service.

Our new vehicle, affectionately known as Carrie, is a specially adapted Ford Tourneo Connect. It allows easy assisted access for those in wheelchairs, who sit safely and securely alongside the driver. Not all of our clients use wheelchairs; they are often accompanied by family, a friend or carer. Within its first year of operation, HCV have helped over 40 of their clients.

Our free and friendly personal door-to-door service takes clients to:

• Shops
• Family and friends
• Lunch at a garden centre
• Medical appointments
• Leisure

Please note

• We make no charge, but donations are always welcome to cover our running costs
• Journeys are generally within 20 miles radius of Haddenham
• Satisfying a booking request always depends on volunteer driver availability
• Sometimes, where appropriate, a private car may have to be used
